Our London office is searching for a Bookkeeper with strong client relationship skills. This is a full time position in office only.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly bookkeeping assignments for our clients (including, but not limited to: payables, receivables, bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations)
- Payroll calculations
- Government remittances
- Annual T4 reporting
- Invoicing
- Administrative tasks as assigned
A successful candidate will have:
- A diploma or certificate from a community college in business administration, accounting or finance
- 5 or more years of experience working with multiple clients
- 5 years or more of bookkeeping and/or payroll experience is required
- Proficiency with QBO
- Experience with Dext and Xero
- Knowledge in Receipt Bank also considered an asset
- Adaptable to new technologies in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible according to the individual needs of our clients including travel to client locations
- Ability to work a standard hour work week, 8am-5pm Monday to Friday with the flexibility of working additional hours during busy season, including 1/2 day Saturdays during March and April and to offset you would then get 1/2 day Fridays during July and August.
