THE ROLE
The Premium Office Administrator is responsible for aiding the Premium Management team to ensure suites and catering events are well executed, and guests are provided with elevated service.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure total guest / fan satisfaction by delivering WE CARE to all guests.
- Reconcile daily due backs from event.
- Execute production reports, such as food labels, menus.
- Map out pizza production according event needs.
- Where required place food orders from suppliers, such as Sushi, Kosher etc.
- Contact guests to verify event order, dietary restrictions, food delivery timing and any special requests.
- Inputting staffing schedules into scheduling system.
- Check guests invoices for accuracy.
- Data entry including consumption for catering events, suite orders and guest information into operating systems.
- Review event details with culinary and operations team.
- Assist the accounting team to ensure accounts receivable are up to date.
- Attend weekly suite and catering meetings.
- Ensure work area is clean and organized.
- Any additional tasks as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Ability to handle high-volume situations in a very fast-paced environment.
- Computer skills are a must
- Professional phone etiquette
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of clients and fellow employees.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
