FP&A Lead
The FP&A Lead will be responsible for the Budgeting, forecasting and overall roll up of financials with the goal of providing value add insights to the leadership team. This role requires strong systems, collaborative & leadership skills, with a strategic and hands-on mindset. This role is key to the company’s goal of driving meaningful reporting and insightful financial analytics.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Consolidated Corporate Reporting - Complete and build on established processes for monthly consolidated financial reporting ensuring data integrity, process optimization and workflow documentation. Coordinate consistent streamlined reporting across the plants.
· Budget and Forecast Development – Departmental ownership of Annual Budgeting and monthly forecasting/Reporting Cycle; Creating and overseeing financial models, providing strategic insights to support organization short- and long-term objectives.
· Customer Contribution Analytics – Prepare Customer P&Ls and share summary results and analytics with senior sales & corporate leadership. Pro-actively identify and investigate issues and design optimal ways to share insights. Provide appropriate level of customer information to assist business partners in pricing and contract renewal decisions.
· Collaboration – Partner directly with finance teams to understand key business drivers, identify and understand business challenges and develop action plans and measures to track progression
· System & Process Development – Support systems/process/tools development to drive deeper level analyses to achieve financial targets. Actively identify and implement process improvements to bring value to the business.
- Leading projects from conception to completion.
- Other special projects and ad hoc reporting as required.
MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- University Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
- Professional Accounting Designation preferred
- Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience with Food, Retail or CPG industry.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Experience with SAP is desired.
- Excellent MS Office computer skills (advanced excel).
- Proven ability to effectively compile, analyze and interpret data.
- Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills.
- Strong analytical/technical, logic and mathematic skills with attention to detail.
- Must be able to work as a part of a collaborative team with all levels and departments.
