This will include an integrated platform for relationship and people management, learning, intranet and data warehouse. In order to achieve all this, we are now recruiting for a Workday Solution Specialist to support our HR Technology Team.
The Solution Specialist, Workday is responsible for providing leadership and expertise in the architecture, development, intake, communication, and deployment of the Workday solution and related components such as integration, security, system customization, and user adoption. This role will help build, coach and mentor the HR Technology team. They also influence and collaborate across the enterprise, driving the strategic direction for Workday capabilities, enablement, and adoption within the organization.
Strategy And Planning
What you will be doing:
- Lead Workday architecture and align it with organizational capability needs.
- Act as Workday expert, advocating for solution adoption across departments.
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to align Workday with strategic goals.
Solution Delivery
- Lead Workday implementation and enhancement using cloud-based technologies.
- Ensure project milestones are met within budget and aligned with technical designs.
- Liaise between business and technical teams to ensure Workday meets organizational needs.
- Assess cross-functional project impacts on various modules and suggest optimized implementation methods.
Organization Capability Building
- Promote strategic direction and adoption of Workday capabilities across the enterprise.
- Foster relationships with HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure Workday success.
- Maintain and communicate current and future Workday architecture plans.
Governance
- Ensure projects comply with Workday architecture standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks in technical designs and implementations.
- Review and sign off on all Workday-related designs and promote system efficiency.
What You Bring To The Table
- Extensive experience leading maintenance and continuous improvement Workday modules: HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, Performance, Absence, Scheduling, Time Tracking, Learning, Payroll and Absence in complex enterprise settings.
- Strong project management skills and proven vendor management abilities.
- Critical thinking, analytical, and quantitative skills with the ability to analyze data for key trends
- Proven experience in effectively working with both business and technical teams on HR Information Technology projects.
- Excellent people leadership to engage and oversee a team of technology professionals
- Proven ability to navigate in sometimes complex and/or ambiguous situations.
- Proven ability to identify, influence and drive organizational change.
- Strong understanding of human capital and organizational change management principles, practices, and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to make recommendations to senior management and influence business decisions.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $113,343 (mid.) to $136,011 (max). Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
