What you will be doing:
Perform a variety of bookkeeping and financial tasks, including but not limited to:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records;
- Record financial transactions and prepare journal entries;
- Prepare general ledger account reconciliations;
- Complete daily bank reconciliations for multiple accounts;
- Handle month-end closing tasks, including accruals and adjusting entries;
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports;
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies;
- Support and assist with year-end requirements;
- Collaborate on special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.
What You Need to Bring:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, in business, accounting, finance or a related discipline;
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Online) and i ntermediate computer skills, including MS Office and Excel;
- Experience with Buildium Property Management software is an asset;
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work independently;
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments;
- A high degree of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $56,000.00 - $65,000.00 depending on experience. We also provide:
