About the role
You will be:
- Providing administrative support to the owner and the team
- Managing incoming email correspondence
- Managing payroll and some HR duties
- Tracking costs and verifying budgets
- Documenting meeting minutes and following up on action items
- Uploading project documents and drawings to shared repository
- Implementing new systems, processes and standard operating procedures
- Overseeing updates to the website and social media accounts
