Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR processes.
Responsibilities
1. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Participate in the full-cycle recruitment from communicating with clients, drafting job advertisement, screening candidates to facilitating on-boarding journey.
2. HR Operations: Provide advise to employees for HR-related inquiries and prepare HR documents.
2. Payroll Management: Support in payroll preparation and explain to employee for the calculation.
3. Termination: Manage the entire process for employee terminations, including exit procedures and finalizing records.
4. Coordination with On-site HR: Collaborate with the onsite HR team for timesheet verification, candidate follow-up, and other HR-related activities to ensure smooth operations.
5. Administration: Greet walk-in candidates and answer to phone call.
Skills
1. HR Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in human resources, with a solid understanding of HR processes and procedures.
2. Logistics Experience (Preferred): Prior experience in the logistics industry is an advantage, particularly in handling warehouse staffing and operations.
3. Attention to Detail: Strong ability to maintain accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks, particularly when handling sensitive employee information, timesheets, and documentation.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees, management, and external partners.
5. Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
6. Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify issues and implement solutions quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
7. Teamwork: Capable of working independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and cooperative approach to achieve organizational goals.
8. Proficiency in Mandarin and English is a must.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
