Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Accounting Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this hybrid role, you will process payroll, manage invoicing, and perform reconciliation tasks for multiple client accounts. Additionally, you will support various administrative duties, including scheduling and overseeing front-line reception activities. This position offers a mix of remote and on-site flexibility in a fast-paced and supportive team environment. The incumbent will also assist with some recruiting efforts, such as sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and supporting the interview process as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Manage multiple client accounts, including consulting invoicing and account reconciliation.
- Review and verify financial data to ensure accuracy in reports and transactions.
- Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling and reception oversight.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial processes.
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams to resolve payroll and invoicing inquiries.
- Ensure adherence to company financial standards and best practices.
- Some experience or interest in recruiting activities (preferred).
- Perform general office administration tasks and additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, accounting, or finance.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and financial reconciliation.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail, particularly with numbers and financial records.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with administrative tasks such as scheduling and reception (preferred).
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
