Are you a customer focused, people person, who enjoys finding innovative ways to manage accounts? Reporting to the Manager, Financial Services, you will provide clerical assistance to the accounts receivable team. You will process daily customer receipts and follow up with customers on their outstanding invoices.
If you are a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a proven track record of working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, then this is the role for you!
About the Role
-
Generate daily accounts receivable interface files for Winery Direct Delivery sales.

Review receivables for all customer accounts, monitor self-reporting customers and communicate any discrepancies via email.

Allocate miscellaneous incoming receipts to accurate General Ledger accounts, and identify, investigate, and resolve customer payment issues.

Track collection efforts and log customer responses.

Process airline purchase orders, and airline monthly LCBO markup reports.

Prepare and upload journal entries via Oracle ADI in Oracle General Ledger.
About You
-
Demonstrated experience with Oracle Financials: Receivables, Payables, and General Ledger. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Able to deal with tight deadlines and possess strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Superior customer service skills across multiple business groups and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Proven written and verbal communication skills along with strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to show initiative and sound judgment to resolve discrepancies. Continuously seek improvements to current procedures and methods to enhance team effectiveness and ensure efficient use of time and accurate reporting of information.
