Signs Galore is looking for a Full Cycle Bookkeeper & Human Resource Admin to join our team. We are a family owned and operated sign company that has been creating landmarks for over 35 years. We are hoping to add a team member who will be invested in our company long-term. Being able to communicate well with other employees and customers is essential.
Principal Duties would include:
-Full Cycle Bookkeeping: AP/AR, preparing and posting invoices, month-end reconciliations, government remittances (HST, EHT), accruals, and adjusting entries
- Preparation of financial statements
- Month end Bank and Credit card reconciliations
- ~6 Month training period
- Bi-Weekly Payroll
- New Hire Onboarding
Requirements:
- Experience working with Sage 50 and Quickbooks
- Post Secondary certificate, diploma, degree in Accounting, or a related course
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to develop their skills, and expand their role within the company. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
