indie is empowering the Autotech revolution with next generation automotive semiconductors and software platforms. We focus on edge sensors spanning multiple modalities including LiDAR, radar, ultrasound and vision for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), autonomous vehicles, connected car, user experience and electrification applications.

We are seeking a Part-Time Office Administrator to support our Toronto office of approximately 30 employees. This critical role ensures smooth and efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Work onsite 5-6 hours/day M-Th between 9am - 6pm (20-24 hours/week).
Oversee day-to-day office administrative tasks.
Generate monthly reports using the HR database.
Manage inventory, ordering, and restocking of office supplies.
Coordinate shipments and handle mail pickups and drop-offs.
Serve as the primary liaison for building management and maintenance requests.
Assist with ad hoc administrative projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of office administration experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook/Calendar).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Dependable, proactive, and positive attitude.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
