About the Role
Join our client's team as a Collections Analyst I to manage an Accounts Receivable portfolio ranging from $20M to $40M. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our company’s cash flow performance remains strong by resolving billing inquiries, reconciling accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to secure timely customer payments.
A Typical Day Includes:
- Resolving billing inquiries and reconciling account statements.
- Proactively reaching out to delinquent customers for payment confirmation.
- Collaborating with sales teams to address customer issues.
- Facilitating payments by providing necessary documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must-have skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Quantitative problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data manipulation.
- Teachable skills: Collections procedures, negotiation.
- Nice-to-have skills: Data analysis, accounting, financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer portfolios, ensuring timely payment and resolving account discrepancies.
