Qualifications
- Proven experience in payroll and human resources management
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday, Dayforce, and ADP
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with talent acquisition and employee relations
- Proficient in project management and change management
- Experience with data entry and HR sourcing tools like Lever and iCIMS
As a Payroll/HR Specialist, you will be processing payroll, calculating hours, ROE's, Job lettters & some accounting work.
