Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in various administrative tasks and ensure smooth HR operations.
Duties
- Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records
- Utilize HR software such as Kronos, ATS, Ceridian, Workday, or UltiPro to manage employee data
- Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially
- Support payroll activities and ensure accuracy in timekeeping systems
- Assist with onboarding new hires and conducting orientation sessions
- Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Experience
- Previous experience in a Human Resources role is a must
- Education in Human Resources
- Experience in Manufacture environment / food Industry
- Familiarity with HRIS systems like Kronos, Ceridian, or UltiPro is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of interviewing techniques and leveraging HR tools for recruitment
