Job Description:
Enseri is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Coordinator to manage and execute our clients' payroll processes efficiently.
As a Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate processing and recording of the company's payroll, providing timely and accurate financial information, and participating in daily data entry payroll processing. This position requires an individual who is proficient in handling confidential information and possesses a strong understanding of payroll practices.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily payroll department operations, managing workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
- Execute timekeeping and payroll systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
- Utilize VLOOKUPs and pivot tables in Excel to analyze payroll data, prepare reports, and support financial audits.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
- Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.
- Process correct garnishment calculations and compliance.
- Manage and resolve issues relating to payroll production.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of payroll experience or relevant accounting experience
- Intermediate Microsfot Excel experience
- Familiarity with payroll software and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
