We’re looking for a Plant Controller to play a pivotal role in driving operational and financial success within our fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you’re a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a knack for leadership, and experience in manufacturing finance, we want to hear from you! This is a hands-on position requiring physical presence on the plant floor to observe, analyze and verify cost related processes and conduct various inventory audits.
What You Will Do
🔹 Oversee financial operations at the plant level
🔹 Drive cost-reduction initiatives and enhance profitability
🔹 Prepare and manage financial statements, forecasts, and budgets
🔹 Analyze production costs and inventory levels
🔹 Partner with senior leadership to optimize operations and influence key decisions
What We Are Looking For
✔️ Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a manufacturing setting
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred)
✔️ Expertise in cost accounting, budgeting, and ERP systems (D365 is a plus!)
✔️ A detail-oriented, team player with exceptional communication and decision-making skills
