Key Role Responsibilities:
HR Technology Management
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of HR Technology. This includes the execution of daily tasks, troubleshooting issues, and proactively implementing solutions to enhance platform experience for the business.
- Oversees the HR processes and workflows including accurate and timely management of data entry, new hires, changes, cyclical updates and offboarding.
- Collaborates with People and Culture (P&C), Payroll, IT and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Builds strong relationships with vendors to ensure there are strong partnerships.
- Ensures data accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements
- Proactively proposes solutions that enhance the system including streamlining processes, expanding the usage of technology and implementing workflows to automate processes for the stakeholders and the P&C team.
- Accountable for the accuracy and reliability of HR data through regular audits and reporting. Collaborates with the P&C team to ensure that employee records are accurate and up to date.
- Resolves User Provisioning talent tickets related to HR technology. Ensures the system remains in sync with the HRIS. Accountable for the accurate and timely integrations which connect the HRIS system to other internal systems.
- Manages permissions, access, and security settings for users
- Develops and delivers training for end-users to educate and maximize system utilization.
System Configuration and Maintenance
- Manages system configuration and maintenance of all modules. Ensures consistent system taxonomy, including titles, employee IDs, divisional structures.
- Manages the ongoing implementations of new modules as well as system upgrades and enhancements, including testing and validation. Collaborates with Project Management for on time delivery and quality results.
- Identifies and acts on opportunities to enhance data integrity, system functionality and user adoption.
- Maintains comprehensive documentation and Standard Operation Procedures of system configurations, processes, procedures, new module implementations, user guides and key decisions.
- Ensures system controls are in place to meet compliance
- Conducts root cause analyses for issues and works with the vendor for resolution, where necessary.
Reporting and Analytics
- Prepares all monthly, quarterly and annual reports (such as the monthly headcount report).
- Troubleshoot data queries promptly and accurately.
- Responsible for ad hoc report requests from government agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Generates and analyzes talent reports and dashboards to provide insights into workforce metrics and trends. Keeps informed of external talent trends and incorporates relevant data into reporting.
- Responsible for the accurate and timely interfaces and change reports for the benefit programs.
- Assists colleagues with reporting and analysis for cyclical processes including annual performance reviews, compensation program, and benefit renewals.
- Partners with their People Leader to define and execute the HR Technology roadmap.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of HRIS or IT system/application management experience
- 3+ years data analytics and reporting experience, with Power BI preferred. A thorough understanding of talent metrics.
- Working knowledge of cloud-based HRIS software (preferably Ultimate Software UltiPro (UKG Pro)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs
- IT project management experience including release management, process design, configuration, testing and successful implementation preferred
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including payroll, benefits, leave management and talent processes
- Team Leader or management experience a plus
- Demonstrated strong technical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to effectively work with others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and technical support skills
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations required
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Previous vendor management experience a plus
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion at all times
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment with agility to manage multiple priorities and deliverables and meet deadlines
Qualifications
Data analytics and reporting experience: 3 - 5 years (Required)
HRIS or IT system/application management experience: 5 - 6 years (Required)
Working knowledge of Ultimate Software UltiPro (UKG Pro): 3 - 5 years (Desired)
