Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
- Experience in databases including SQL.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with building financial reporting, produce analysis, implementing scalable monitoring and implementing reporting solutions.
- Experience in a role that involves problem solving, analysis and presenting/communicating findings that can be used to drive decisions for an industry to executive leaders.
- Experience writing SQL queries and retrieving data from relational databases.
- Ability to work with data to produce analysis, influencing decision making with numerical analysis and generating insights.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to design compelling stories for complex problems.

Responsibilities
- Deliver insights into drivers of business, user / product metrics and market trends to support and shape the strategy of the Latam/Canada LCS Ads business; identify risks and opportunities with actionable recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve Latam/Canada LCS Ads Finance processes and lead efforts to scale across the markets.
- Interact with other Ads Finance, Go To Market and other regional central teams to assure strategic and problem-solving alignment, as well as data consistency and efficiency.
- Own, run and improve operational processes from that support the Latam/Canada LCS Ads business.
- Provide regular reporting and insights for the Ads Business while developing tools and analysis to drive incremental business.
