Reporting into the Global Head of FP&A, the Senior Manager, FP&A and Business Strategy will work closely with the Group Head of FP&A, Region Heads of FP&A, Region CFOs, and other leadership team members, supporting efforts to improve financial data capabilities and operational key performance metrics.
The candidate will contribute to the development of analytical reports to provide insights into the business and help drive performance and efficiency. The candidate should have the ability to analyze the key drivers of the business model, including modelling of new and existing market expansion or resizing, and develop a suite of analytical reports that assist the executive team in gaining business model insights, and driving performance and efficiency within the corporate reporting processes.
This role involves leading the corporate financial management and reporting cycles, delivering insightful executive reports to support decision-making and drive a deeper understanding of operational performance. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Group Head of FP&A and regional leaders to guide business planning and forecasting, aligning financial plans with strategic goals, and will partner with the Digital Technology team to develop reporting dashboards, stay informed on industry trends to recommend growth opportunities, and conduct financial modelling to support senior leadership.
Requirements
- Financial designation - CPA or MBA
- 8-15+ years of progressive experience in FP&A within a complex organization
- Proven ability to challenge the status quo, experience supporting and influencing executive decision making
- Analytical mind with strong problem-solving and conceptual skills
- Proficient in data analysis including knowledge of relational databases
- Microsoft Excel & Power BI tools; experience in Oracle NetSuite, preferred
