Key Responsibilities
- Product Listing Management: Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Amazon and Shopify, ensuring they are fully compliant and attractive to potential buyers.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage replenishments, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely shipping and delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, potential new products, and pricing strategies to remain competitive.
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, returns, and product information, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

- SEO Optimization: Utilize SEO best practices to enhance product visibility and improve search rankings on Amazon and Shopify.
