Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist with Advanced Excel Skills
Location: Woodbridge, ON (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)
Job Overview: Our client in Woodbridge is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support a major system transition. The role will involve extracting and organizing large data sets in MS Excel, reconciling numbers from the old system with the new system, and preparing data for analysis. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates with strong Excel skills who are looking to gain hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and Inventory. It is a 2 months contract with possibility of extension
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the full cycle of Accounts Payable and Inventory management tasks
- Use advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP) to manage, clean, and reconcile large data sets
- Support the data migration process by reconciling old and new system data for accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with analysts to ensure data integrity throughout the system change
Qualifications:
- Recent graduates with strong MS Excel skills are encouraged to apply
- Nice to have prior AP experience
- Advanced experience with Excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and HLOOKUP is essential
- Experience with large data sets and reconciliation is an asset
- Proximity to Woodbridge, ON, and availability to work in the office three days per week
