Bookkeeper
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper for our operations in our Edmonton office. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow, managing day-to-day office activities, and supporting various departments. This position will report directly to the General Manager and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure operational excellence. Preference will be given to individuals experienced in Microsoft D365, that have strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping Duties (Microsoft D365)
- Full cycle accounts receivable which includes invoicing, collections, account reconciliations and reporting in a timely and accurate manner
- Full cycle accounts payable which includes posting invoices, account reconciliations, managing vendor discounts, and monthly A/P runs.
- Vendor Management
- Cash Flow Management
- Monthly Reconciliations
- Intercompany Reconciliations
- Submittal and Management of GST, PST, WCB and EHT Payments
- Coordination of Office Budgets
- Prepare Monthly Accounting and Sales Reports
- Liaise with VP of Finance on a Regular Basis
- Maintain accounting procedures and policies and systems of internal controls to ensure the integrity of all financial systems.
