On behalf of our small law firm client, we are recruiting for an experienced
Bookkeeper to manage the full cycle accounting for the firm.
Typical Responsibilities Will Include But Not Limited To
Independently posting all client disbursements, accounts, disbursements, lawyer
expenses and reimbursements, accounts payables, daily bank deposits and
receipts, dealing with any issues with the Law Society, monthly reconciliations and
month-end reports, Net filing of monthly GST, Bi-monthly Payroll, Credit Card
administration and posting of all electronic deposits. Preparation of monthly Trust
and General Bank Reconciliations, Preparation of reports for Accountants and
uploading trust books to Law Society for Trust Audit and Year End Adjustment
entries.
