Job Description
AlphaCore Group is seeking an Office Administrator to support the company's daily activities. There are 3 companies operating under AlphaCore Group: FinCore Capital, PlanCore Corp and Accounting Core.
This position will offer benefits (medical, dental and vision) after the 3 months probationary period.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Creating client agreements.
- Sending documentation out for signature via AdobeSign and DocuSign.
- Creating and sending invoices through Quickbooks.
- Following up on payments.
- Maintains physical and digital filing systems.
- Manages client documentation and contacts database.
- Coordinate scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to related parties.
- Works closely with others and supports colleagues as needed.
- Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
- Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities.
- The first point of contact for individuals visiting the office and presents a positive and professional image for the organization.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel and Google (email, calendar, drive, etc)
- Experience in invoicing systems.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
