Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Real Estate Deal Administrator to assist with Invoicing, calculating real estate commissions for transactions both residential and commercial.
Corresponding with real estate agents, brokerages and law firms.
*Additional hours available for assisting with property management administration.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, EZ MAX and/or Lone Wolf
- Knowledge in real estate forms in Ontario
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and office management software a plus

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
