We now have an exciting opportunity for an eager and talented individual to join our Administration team as an Accounts Payable & Equipment Logistics Administrator, working within our Corporate Head office located in Campbell River, British Columbia.
You are a self-motivated team player with a positive attitude, excellent organization skills and are often referred to as a dependable individual. You have the experience to back up your past success and are no stranger to working in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail with a high level of speed and accuracy. Your organizational skills shine through in how you manage your workflow, and you are in search of a career opportunity
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices,
- Document matching,
- Researching and resolving discrepancies,
- Supplier statement reconciliation,
- Data entry
- Equipment logistics, track hours for servicing
- Book service calls, communicate with foremen and safety advisors
- Track tools and equipment supplies, order when needed.

Experience/Education that may help:
- Experience using accounting software (Sage)
- Secondary education in Business Administration
- Minimum Grade 12 education required
- Experience using Microsoft Office, with good excel skills
- Appropriate training will be provided for the right candidate
