IU Group is seeking a Curriculum Development Expert in Accounting (m/f/d) for the University of Fredericton (UFred). The position is hybrid, with occasional on-site visits, and starts immediately on a freelance basis for a period of 50 hours spread over 4-8 weeks.

YOUR TASKS:
- You develop 7 syllabi that meet CPA requirements, including crafting course descriptions and structuring weekly topics.
- You select appropriate required and recommended readings to complement the syllabus content.
- You design and weigh 4 assessments per course, aligning them with 4-7 course learning outcomes.
- You prepare and present the curriculum to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback from external academics and experts.
- You revise relevant proposal documents and participate in the MPHEC (Maritime Provinces Higher Education Commission) virtual site visit, assisting with any necessary adjustments post-visit.
YOUR PROFILE:
- PhD in Accounting or a related field, preferably from a recognized university in Canada or the USA.
- Ideally experienced in teaching and curriculum development in Canada.
- Strong knowledge of CPA Canada requirements.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
