We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring its smooth running.
Duties
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Supervise administrative staff and allocate tasks
- Handle vendor management and maintain relationships
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping
- Develop and monitor office budgets
- Ensure efficient office operations by implementing and improving administrative processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated capability in budgeting and financial management
- Familiarity with vendor management processes
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.50-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
