Job Overview
- Provide general bookkeeping and admin duties
- Bookkeeping with Sage software
- Prepare Journal Entries
- Manage accounts receivable/payable
- Prepare Bank reconciliations
- Prepare year end
- HST filling
- Answer telephone calls and emails
- Assist in screening tenants and scheduling appointments/viewings
- Prepare payroll
Qualifications
- Skills such as multi-tasking, attention to detail, communication, time management and the ability to work alone or with the team are important
- Excellent people skills
- Strong work ethic
- Positive attitude
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Sage accounting software is an asset
- Previous work in the bookkeeping/administrator field is also an asset
- Valid Class 5 license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
