Position Summary:
The Administrator provides general administrative and clerical support to the centre following standardized processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Lead personnel on answering incoming calls
- Accounts payable and clerical duties.
- Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
- Codes invoices with applicable General Ledger accounts and job numbers
- Prepare weekly cheque runs.
- Maintaining files.
- Customer service duties.
Qualifications:
- The qualified candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous administrative experience required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer software skills (proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Team work is a priority and the Administrator must be willing to work with and assist co-workers as needed.
- The successful incumbent must be able to meet the minimum requirements for our background check criteria.
- 3 + years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Experience in Dispatch would be an asset
