Main roles and responsibilities
· Posts Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable, payment, expenses
· Financial data management
· Bank reconciliation and deposits
· Verify supporting documents for bank transactions
· Assists with audit or year-end file preparation for corporate tax return
· Prepare bills and invoices
· Overseeing office supplies and services, including restocking supplies, setting up desks and equipment for new hires, or creating important office forms
· Supporting bookkeeping and budgeting services
· Filing important documents, such as reports, meeting notes, emails, and letters
· Tracking the attendance of employees and their use of vacation and sick days
· Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records
· Additional Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant’s duties
Assets
· Working experience in logistics industry
· over 1-2 years accounting experience
Technical-Skill Requirement
· Intermediate level in MS Excel, Word, Power Point
Soft-Skill Requirement
· Ability to work independently with a minimum supervision
· Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
· Great interpersonal skills
Eligibility Requirement
· Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.(Not a must)
· Eligible to work in Canada
Linguistic Requirement
· Bilingual in English and Korean (both read & write) is a must
