Established company in Kingston looking for a full time bookkeeper.
Must have very good understanding of full cycle business bookkeeping.
We are looking for a responsible individual to manage all aspects of day to day accounting for a medium size business.
Responsibilities include:
All aspects of bookkeeping
Accounts receivable
Accounts payable
Payroll - Through 3'rd party provider
G/L posting
Bank reconciliation
HST Remittance
Collections
Year end and month end
Monthly sales reporting
Reporting for company accountant for year end financials.
Must have a certificate or diploma in a relevant college program.
