Role Mission
We are seeking a Finance Operations Lead to join our team. This full-time hybrid position reports directly to the Finance Director and serves as a key collaborator within the department. The role focuses on driving efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in financial processes while contributing to strategic initiatives that support organizational success.
Deliverables
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) teams, aligning with organizational goals
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining payroll compliance
- Continuously evaluate and enhance financial processes through automation and optimization to improve efficiency
- Assist in optimizing working capital to effectively support business operations and maintain the working capital reporting package
- Support the implementation of risk management processes, maintaining the risk management reporting package
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and streamline procedures
- Prepare accurate financial reports and budgets on a regular basis
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in finance operations, including 5 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor teams in a high-performance environment
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex information to stakeholders at all levels
