The Zanchin Automotive Group has a great opportunity for a Payroll Administrator.

The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process for our employees. This role requires a meticulous approach to ensure accuracy, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and timely distribution of payroll. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for full cycle weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll for salary, hourly and commissioned employees
- Review time and attendance.
- Review payroll data including overtime, bonuses & deductions
- Working knowledge of Payworks.
- Track vacation, sick and lieu days for all employees
- Approve agency timesheets and invoices
- Administer benefit plan with Canada Life.
- Assist in new hire, on boarding, orientation and termination
- Perform all other payroll and other duties as assigned
- Manage payroll tax related remittances and filings, tax form balancing, year-end preparation, and audits
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration or a similar role.
· Proficiency in payroll software. Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and labour laws.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
· Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
· Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
