Since 2005, eCycle Solutions has been committed to protecting and improving our environment through safe, convenient, and cost-effective recycling methods for electronic and electrically powered assets. Our Green Go location is currently looking for a Receptionist /Administration Assistant to help support our Barrie facility.

Responsibilities include:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Front office finance responsibilities include accounts receivable and Payable
- Paying customers via cash and managing the onsite safe
- Answering phones, walk ins and managing emails
- Nice to have payroll knowledge workday / ADP/ CMS400
- Utilizing IT system for data input
- Other duties as required
- May require to visit the bank for financial transactions or other related tasks
- Adhere to plant health and safety rules
Qualifications:
- Independent and self-starter
- Nice to have previous experience in customer service and/or office environment
- Will have to go through Criminal Background check.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00 per year
