If you are organized, detailed oriented and enjoy customer service this role may be for you! At Green Go Recycling we are looking for an Administrative Assistant & Receptionist to service our customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Front office finance responsibilities include: accounts receivable and Payable (creating the invoicing, sending invoices and keeping track of it all accordingly)
- Paying customers via cash and managing the on site safe
- Opening the office
- Daily bank trips
- Answering phones, walk ins and managing emails
- Assisting employees with payroll and benefits questions.
- Utilizing ADP workforce now to enter in new employees and enter time for payroll processing.
- Utilizing IT system for data input
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Expert level in MS office (word, outlook).
- Strong customer service skills and communication skills
- Independent and self starter
- Previous experience in customer service and/or office environment

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 42.50 per week
