- Is enrolled in or has completed a business administrator or bookkeeping course

You're primary responsibilities will be;
- Being the face of the company both in person and on the phone
- Helping customers with booking service and sales appointments
- Taking and recording payments
- Assisting in vehicle processing workflow, including booking freight, check-in, and preparing documents
- Data entry, including invoice processing, account reconciliation, and posting sale documents, payables, and receivables
