We are on the HUNT for someone to join our Human Resource team! This individual will be someone who likes to work in a fun and dynamic environment with the opportunity to learn and grow with the role. We are not looking for some one with a ton of experience because full training will be provided.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is a motivated self-starter, has OUSTANDING communication skills and an outgoing personality. From onboarding new hires, using our CRM, scheduling interviews, to communicating between departments - you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Description
- 20$/Hour during 90 day probationary period
- $45k Salary + 5k Bonuses after probationary period

Responsibilities
- Managing Job boards
- Booking Interviews
- Coordinating between different departments
- Conducting Interview (later on)
- Onboarding new hires
- Completing background checks
- Administrative tasks
- Utilizing our CRM system
- Assist in Payroll (later on)
- Doing orientations and assisting in HR operations
- Joining calls to learn and develop themselves in the roll
HAVE FUN while doing the above !
Desired Skills and Experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, outstanding work ethic
- impressive and professional image and demeanor
- Must be extremely organized
- Intermediate/Advanced MS Excel skills
- Participate in extra-curricular team events (company paid for)
- Self-starter who is career driven
Priority will be given to candidates who have the following:
- Bachelor's degree
- Customer service/sales experience
- Other complimentary skills such as but not exclusive to: Excel/Data analyst skills, Event planning, Social Media, Website development.
