Responsibilities:
Support CCG bankers to structure, deliver, close, and monitor syndicated and bi-lateral loan transactions
Assist with preparation of marketing pitches to existing and potential clients for corporate loans (acquisition loans, bridge loans, term loans, revolving credit facilities).
Support CCGF team credit submissions, including research, analysis, financial modelling and due diligence as part of transaction processes. The role will allow candidates to use and develop complex financial modelling skills, credit structuring and documentation skills that are all critical elements of corporate and commercial lending.
Support CCGF team with transaction documentation and coordination with clients and legal counsel
Skills:
Pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance
Strong quantitative, financial modeling, and analytical skills with an ability to analyze company financial statements
Basic knowledge of credit, credit metrics, and credit structuring
Strong skills with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and the ability to source data/research
Professional oral and written communication skills are an absolute must
High level of attention to detail in both written and financial work
Ability to perform well under pressure, meet time sensitive deadlines, prioritize work and multi-task responsibilities while working on multiple projects
Well organized and able to set priorities and devote appropriate attention to each assignment
