We are hiring on behalf of our client for a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to join their team.
In this role, you will manage payroll operations, maintain accounts payable, and provide general accounting support. The ideal candidate is proficient in ADP and Excel, with a strong understanding of payroll processes and bookkeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage payroll using ADP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain accounts payable subledger by processing invoices and payments in a timely manner.
- Handle vendor inquiries regarding invoice payments.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and account reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate payroll and accounting records.
- Support the accounting team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in ADP payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be available to work in person in Sarnia, ON.

Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
