You’d be responsible for:
- Leading small and medium sized end to end client engagements
- Understanding client businesses, their key risks and opportunities and provide strategic solutions
- Involvement with work related to engagement assignments, including reviews and compilations, in addition to personal and corporate tax returns
- Preparation and review of working papers, financial statements and tax returns according to Firm and regulatory standards for clients in a variety of businesses
- Planning and preparation of succession and reorganization plans
- Ensuring all significant engagement matters are documented and brought to the attention of the Partner, as well as keeping them informed of the progress of the engagement.
- Coordination, and follow-up with the appropriate government agencies as required, of tax assignments including preparation of tax returns (T1, T2s, T4s, T5s, HST), and coordination with the tax department to ensure queries are cleared and deadlines are met
Requirements
- 3 Years Public Accounting experience (required)
- Proficient in CaseWare and Taxprep
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
- Ability to deliver in a fast paced, deadline and customer focused environment

Pay: $72,397.12-$100,000.00 per year
