Job Overview:
As a Data Entry/Document Clerk at our Italian Restaurant, you will be responsible for managing and organizing the restaurant's documents and data. Your role will involve entering and updating information in our systems, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining organized records to support the efficient operation of the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter data related to inventory, sales, and other restaurant operations into our database.
- Input and manage employee schedules, timecards, and payroll information.
- Scan and digitize paper records, creating and maintaining electronic files.
- Assist in the preparation of documents, such as contracts, agreements, and menus.
- Handle administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing documents.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
