Job Summary
Harbinger Network's client is construction contractor in Oakville looking to augment their office management staff. They seek an organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient office functioning.
Duties
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Assist in vendor management and procurement processes
-Assist with inventory and fleet management for site staff
Skills
- Experience in a construction company is required
- Proficiency in clerical tasks and office management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience with phone systems and general office equipment
- Knowledge of human resources processes such as payroll and training development
- Ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
