Compensation:Starting salary ranging from $40,000 - $50,000 based on experience and qualifications.
What You'll Be Doing:Payroll Administration:
- Process semimonthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Manage employee timesheets and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile payroll reports and address discrepancies promptly.
HR Support:
- Assist in employee onboarding, including collecting and verifying necessary documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support recruitment processes by coordinating interviews and managing candidate records.
Benefits Administration:
- Assist with enrollment and updates to employee benefits plans.
- Provide guidance to employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Generate reports on payroll, attendance, and other HR metrics as needed.
Employee Engagement:
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Assist with organizing team events and activities to boost morale and collaboration.

- Familiarity with Quickbooks Online.
- Knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Diploma or degree in human resources, accounting, or a related field is an asset.
