Office Manager/Bookkeeper

The position is for full time in-office work only. There is no option for work from home unless in very specific and agreed upon instances.
An important criteria for this position is to have a dynamic and positive personal energy with the ability to keep focused and to be able to navigate from one task to another without fear of overload. Strong organizational qualities are critical. The positions offers growth and bonuses for excellent performance. You will be essentially running an office. Knowledge of Quickbooks and detailed bookkeeping practices is also essential.

Skilled office administrator
Duties:
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Quickbooks Desktop
- Invoicing and time tracking.
- Credit card transactions
- Bill Posting
- Inventory tracking including year end
- Year end tax preparations with accountant
- Time sheets and working with employees to gather these details
- Payroll
- Bank reconciliations
- Government CRA remittances for Taxes and Payroll
Office adminstration:
- Financial reports
- Spread sheets
- Errands and supplies
- Shipping
- Assistant to President
- Ordering Products to fulfil sales orders
Reception duties:
- Answering phones and message taking
- Managing to do lists for owner and personal assistant duties
- Sending emails, printing documents, filing and organizing
- Scheduling via scheduling software and tracking software
Job Qualifications & Expectations:
The candidate should have a high level of experience with office management and bookkeeping and a care for detail. College education is an asset but not essential. Use of your own phone will be required. Any incurred expenses will be remunerated.
Wage will be determined based on overall experience and qualifications.
