We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team!
This position provides administrative support to the Director, Integrity and Risk in an efficient, accurate, and professional manner. The workload is varied and challenging in its level of complexity and the incumbent is expected to work independently to manage a diverse office operations, including responsibility for challenging administrative duties or provisioning of significant and independent project support. This includes coordination of various team activities, requisitions, POs, invoicing, travel arrangements, record keeping, expense report processing, calendar management.

Provide administrative support to Director, Integrity and Risk, including handling calendars and priorities.
Organize meetings, including logistics, preparation of agendas, presentation materials, tracking, and follow up of action items.
Maintain and coordinate calendars involving extensive planning to optimally use the Director’s time.
Administer all correspondence, travel arrangements and expense processing for the supported Director and team managers
Accountable for maintaining positive relationships with internal and external committees and/or organizations to which the Director, Integrity and Risk provides representation. This requires handling meeting schedules and travel coordination as well as public relations functions.
Act as liaison between high-level internal and external parties (e.g. parent and affiliate companies, external customers, governmental organizations, etc.), as required.
You have the following education & experience:
Post-secondary graduate in related program and/or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum 5 years of senior administrative or executive support experience.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, demonstrated work ethic, attention to detail, flexibility with outstanding follow-through and follow-up.
Ability to think one step ahead, set priorities, prioritize workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent judgment, outstanding interpersonal skills; supportive of proper corporate protocols and ability to take care of confidential material in a professional manner.
High level of initiative/self-direction, with the capability to perform well under pressure while working independently and in a team environment.
Strong digital literacy, particularly with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Oracle) and demonstrated ability to stay up-to-date with advancements in office applications.
Strong skills for numbers are an asset.
Event planning and coordination experience is highly desired.
