JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full-Service Bookkeeper to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in safeguarding LuxGive's financial health by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to manage all aspects of our bookkeeping, from daily transactions to payroll processing and financial reporting. You'll leverage your strong accounting foundation and organizational skills to contribute to a collaborative and efficient finance team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and process incoming accounting requests across various channels (email, chat, online portals, bank accounts).
- Review credit card expenses for accuracy, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Process invoices, payments, and deposits within Salesforce (including Stripe invoices) to maintain seamless financial operations.
- Handle electronic and paper check deposits, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Categorize bank transactions meticulously for proper accounting treatment.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collection and healthy cash flow.
- Assist with end-of-month adjustments and journal entries to uphold the integrity of financial records.
- Review transactions collaboratively with the team, making necessary adjustments for accuracy.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in uncleared transactions to maintain a clean and accurate financial picture.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a full-service bookkeeping role.
- Proven proficiency in accounting principles and practices (GAAP preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience with cloud-based accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with international payroll and tax regulations (a plus).
