JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full-Service Bookkeeper to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in safeguarding LuxGive's financial health by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to manage all aspects of our bookkeeping, from daily transactions to payroll processing and financial reporting. You'll leverage your strong accounting foundation and organizational skills to contribute to a collaborative and efficient finance team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor and process incoming accounting requests across various channels (email, chat, online portals, bank accounts).
Review credit card expenses for accuracy, ensuring adherence to company policies.
Process invoices, payments, and deposits within Salesforce (including Stripe invoices) to maintain seamless financial operations.
Handle electronic and paper check deposits, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Categorize bank transactions meticulously for proper accounting treatment.
Follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collection and healthy cash flow.
Assist with end-of-month adjustments and journal entries to uphold the integrity of financial records.
Review transactions collaboratively with the team, making necessary adjustments for accuracy.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in uncleared transactions to maintain a clean and accurate financial picture.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a full-service bookkeeping role.
Proven proficiency in accounting principles and practices (GAAP preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Experience with cloud-based accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with international payroll and tax regulations (a plus).
