This will include an integrated platform for relationship and people management, learning, intranet and data warehouse. In order to achieve all this, we are now recruiting for a Senior Business Systems Analyst for our HR Technology Team.
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our Workday system to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in the areas of Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and implement solutions that align with organizational objectives.
What You Will Be Doing
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing Workday configurations related to Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements, process improvements, and automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear and comprehensive requirements.
- Document detailed functional and technical specifications for system modifications and enhancements.
- Lead the design and implementation of Workday solutions for Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.
- Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of system changes.
- Provide training sessions to end-users on new system features and functionality.
- Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules.
- Ensure Workday configurations comply with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with the security team to implement and maintain proper access controls.
- Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Workday performance.
What You Bring To The Table
- 7-10 years of experience as a Workday Technical Lead in a complex enterprise environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Workday modules, particularly Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking is a MUST HAVE.
- Deep experience providing project implementation and support for Workday
- Proven experience in requirements analysis, system design proposals, cost/benefit analysis and testing in support of solution development.
- Experience overseeing the development and/or implementation of web-based software and hardware solutions, on both functional and technical levels.
- Proven ability to adapt to and function effectively within a changing organizational environment.
- Ability to work independently while managing priorities and juggling multiple projects
- Workday certifications are an asset.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $88,205 (min.) to $132,307 (max). Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
