The successful candidate will garner broad transaction experience across a wide variety of industries. The analyst’s primary duties will include:
- Researching and analyzing specific companies and industries;
- Drafting and delivering reports, presentations and other marketing documents including pitch books, teasers and confidential information memorandums related to various companies and industries;
- Building detailed financial models for the purposes of valuation, related transactions, and other financial analyses, as may be required; and
- Attending meetings with clients to develop new business relationships for the firm and to facilitate our analysis and negotiations on behalf of the client.

A background in finance is an asset, and 2 quantitative skills are essential, but more importantly we are looking for talented individuals who have displayed a willingness and ability to learn new skills quickly.
